Bordeaux have jumped into the battle for Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.
Goal says the Ligue 1 club are keen to bolster their attack and have identified the Frenchman as a target.
But Bordeaux face competition from Inter Milan - whose boss Antonio Conte worked with Giroud at Chelsea - for his signature.
Giroud has been urged to leave Chelsea by France coach Didier Deschamps in order to be match ready for next summer's Euros.
He said last week: "He, like others, may have to move. His situation at Chelsea has not changed for two months.
"It would be better for Olivier, of course, to go to a club where he will have more playing time. If he cannot have this playing time at Chelsea, the idea is to be able to have it elsewhere."
