Bolton Wanderers are chasing Aston Villa fullback Stephen Warnock.

The Daily Mail says under pressure Trotters boss Owen Coyle is keen on Warnock after losing Jay Spearing to injury and with Keith Andrews struggling to stay fit.

Warnock, 30, is not in Paul Lambert's plans at Villa and can go on loan for the rest of the year as the club look to trim their payroll.
