Bolton Wanderers are moving for Crystal Palace captain Paddy McCarthy.

The Croydon Advertiser says McCarthy is believed to be joining Bolton Wanderers on loan.

The 31-year-old was not named in the club's 25-man squad for the rest of the season and has been playing in the U21 team.

McCarthy was on loan at Sheffield United earlier this season but it seems he is on his way out again, this time to the Championship.
