Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle admits he may not buy again this summer.
Coyle only just dragged his side to safety after joining the club in January.
But his only additions have been free transfers Martin Petrov and Robbie Blake.
And the only cash transfer, £2.2million for Real Madrid's Marcos Alonso, was funded by Chris Basham's switch to Blackpool and Ali Al Habsi's loan move to Wigan.
But Coyle, whose side travel to West Ham today, accepts there might not be any more additions this window.
He said: "You don't moan about it you just make the best fist of what you have got - and that's what we've done.
"I'd suggest every Premier League team has spent some real money.
"We signed Alonso but recouped that through Al Habsi and Basham. In terms of balancing transfer fees I'm nearly quits but we don't moan.
"I can work under tight financing, it's not a problem."
