Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is moving for Burnley fullback Tyrone Mears.

The Daily Mail says Coyle is poised to raid former club Burnley in a £400,000 bid for Mears.

The 28-year-old is in his final year at Turf Moor and has indicated he would like to return to the Premier League, with Bolton the clear favourites.

Burnley are likely to agree reluctantly to sell the former Derby defender.
