Bologna coach Thiago Motta is confident Jakub Kiwior will be ready to handle the demands of Arsenal.

Motta worked with the Poland defender last season as Spezia coach.

He said, "He succeeded because he was very good at construction, he was important, also with me as a midfielder and this year as a central defender.

"They will miss him, but at the same time he will be happy to have an experience in England and to be able to win the Premier.

"Everyone there (Spezia) has the chance, they have to do their best every day, like Kiwior and they will have the opportunity to go to a higher level, it all depends on the players though."
