Bologna coach Sinisa Mihjlovic says he was insulted by a cop outside the Olimpico stadium this week.

The Serb was thought to have reacted to a Lazio fan ahead of the Coppa Italia final.

But he revealed: "I was insulted by a policeman!

“It's already a disgrace to hear screams of 'gyspy' during matches from opposing fans.

“I've never heard an announcer ask them to stop, but I won't accept it from a policeman, one in uniform.

“He should enforce order, not attack and insult. And when Wednesday happened, I reacted."
