Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie was delighted to make his comeback from injury in the FA Cup win over Tottenham.
The 26-year-old made a substitute appearance in the 1-0 victory at White Hart Lane after spending two months on the sidelines due to a calf injury.
"It was great to come on," he told Palace TV after the game.
"It was a good result for us, into the next round. So I'm looking forward to that, but not only that, I'm happy to be back on the pitch playing."
"It's been good, it's gone kind of quick to be honest. It was probably a much needed rest for myself. I've been playing a lot of football over the last 18 months for club and country, but I'm delighted to be back."
Matin Kelly scored the only goal of the contest to send Palace through to the quarter-finals where they will meet Reading at the Madejski Stadium on the weekend of March 12.
