Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie has spoken of his delight after scoring a quickfire hat-trick in the 4-1 win over Sunderland.
The DR Congo international, who had previously scored only once this season, completed his treble in 11 minutes as the Eagles hammered the Black Cats at the Stadium of Light.
Bolasie said: "It feels amazing. Someone told me that I'm in the top ten for the fastest hat-tricks in the Premier League, but I can't imagine anyone getting one much quicker.
"That is what the manager has been demanding from me. He has been on to me in the last couple of weeks to try and score more goals and everything just came together here.
"The goals went in inside 11 minutes, but it all stemmed from getting the first one. After that, I just stayed hungry and another two came."
Bolasie, who has been with Palace since 2012, also provided Glenn Murray's 48th-minute opener with a perfect cross from the right allowing the in-form strike to head home at the back post.
