Boca Juniors are ready to step in for Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo.

The Argentina international is currently on-loan with Estudiantes, which are struggling to reach terms with United about extending his stay.

Estudiantes coach Leandro Desábato declared last week: "We have to wait, but Rojo will probably go."

Watching closely have been Boca, which are keen to keep Rojo in the country next season.

United are seeking €13m to sell the defender outright this summer.
