Boca Juniors president Daniel Angelici admits they've made a move for Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi.

Icardi has been encouraged to find himself a new club by Inter management.

“I know that (Boca director of sport Nicolas) Burdisso spoke to (Inter vice-president Javier) Zanetti and asked about the Icardi situation," Angelici told Radio Cooperativa.

“It's worth asking, it doesn't cost us anything to ask."

Napoli are favourites to sign Icardi.
