Boca Juniors president Daniel Angelici has opened the door to signing AC Milan defender Gustavo Gomez.
Gomez is seeking a return to Argentina this month.
While at a Press conference presenting new buy Carlos Tevez, Angelici announced: “Negotiations are open. We are working in a bid to incorporate him into the squad. It's not easy, but I hope to present him to you in the next Press conference."
Angelici also commented on Genoa benchwarmer Ricardo Centurion.
“He is a good player, he gave a lot to Boca in the past and I have nothing personal against him, but the situation is the same as when we decided not to renew his contract.
“If he were to call, I'd talk to him, but nothing more. He's a good player, but off the field there were some issues that the directors did not appreciate."
