Sunderland's Fabio Borini is set to miss three months with a groin injury, according to reports.
The Italian striker tore a ligament in his groin during the weekend's 1-1 draw at Southampton and is now expected to be out until December.
Black Cats boss David Moyes told the Sunderland Echo: "Borini, we expect to be out for three months, that is a rough guide.
"There is a chance it could be a bit quicker.
"We are being told it is three months though, an adductor that came off the bone."
