Daley Blind says new Manchester United signing Memphis Depay is a matchwinner.

Depay will join United from PSV Eindhoven this summer.

"He is a player who can change games," Blind told MUTV .

"He has a great free-kick, a great dribble, a great shot. He's young, talented and always wants to work hard. He always wants to better himself on the training pitch, that's how I know him. I think he is quiet, but if he has something to say he will, if you know what I mean! Yes, he is very confident, but he is a good guy."
