Blackpool have been told they must cough up for Everton striker James Vaughan.
The People says Vaughan is available at Goodison after a couple of injury-hit seasons and he is open to the Blackpool switch to play more Premier League football.
David Moyes won't give Vaughan away so Blackpool will either have to pay a fee for his loan or buy him outright, which could stretch their finances. Blackburn were also on Vaughan's trail but have yet to make an offer.
