The People says Walters has stunned Ipswich by demanding a move.

Stoke target Walters, 26, a Republic of Ireland B cap, has yet to put his transfer request in writing. But he has left boss Roy Keane in no doubt he sees his future elsewhere.

QPR last month had a £1million-plus bid rejected for the striker, while Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is also keen.
