Blackpool are eyeing Newcastle United striker Nile Ranger.

The Evening Chronicle says Newcastle have made Ranger available for transfer.

Ranger's availability has already alerted Blackpool boss Ian Holloway, who is a long-term admirer of the England Under-19 international.

The striker moved to Toon after coming through the famed youth system at Southampton.
