Carlos Villanueva is expecting to remain in England even if Blackburn do not make his season long loan stay permanent. The Chilean midfielder has had few opportunities to show his talent at Ewood Park, with Rovers boss Sam Allardyce feeling that the 23-year-old lacks the physical attributes for the Premiership.
However, the player's agent Cristian Otero told setanta.com that he has received an offer from another club.
"The idea is that he will stay in England," said Otero.
"We have an offer from another English team and will decide about that at the end of the season.
"His first choice would be to stay at Blackburn but obviously that depends on his manager."
