Blackburn Rovers are moving for Spanish teenage striker Oscar Hernando.
The Mirror says Rovers are ready to sign Hernando from under the noses of Barcelona and Real Madrid.
The 16-year-old has been for talks with Rovers and could join them shortly despite rival interest from the major clubs in his homeland.
Rovers are making a big push to recruit youngsters from Spain where boss Sam Allardyce and his spies have set up camp in recent months.
