League OneStevenage have swooped for Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Slew on loan until the end of the season. The 19-year-old England Under-19 international moved to Rovers from Sheffield United in September last year and made his Premier League debut in December, coming off the bench as Blackburn shocked Manchester United 3-2 at Old Trafford.
Boss Gary Smith told Stevenage's official website:
"He's a player who has already played at the highest level in English football, even at such a young age, and he will really add something to our attacking options." "I am delighted to welcome Jordan to the side.
