Blackburn Rovers plans for a new striker signing rest on the future of Jason Roberts.
A number of clubs are understood to be interested in Roberts, who has come to a mutual agreement with Sam Allardyce he should leave the club, but no offers have yet been submitted, says the Lancashire Telegraph.
Should the striker leave, Rovers will quickly move to replace him - with Bulgarian Ivelin Popov a likely target - but if he stays any more arrivals are believed to be unlikely.
