Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce wants to sign permanently on-loan Chelsea striker Franco di Santo.
The People says Allardyce is determined to buy Chelsea's Argentinian striker Di Santo - even if it means selling Morten Gamst Pedersen and Benni McCarthy.
The Argentinian is willing to extend his stay beyond January and would be happy to join permanently as he doesn't fancy life on the fringes at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea would want around £7million for Di Santo, but that would not put off Rovers.
