Blackburn Rovers' owners are set for crunch talks this week.
The Mirror says Blackburn's Jersey-based owners are to hold a crisis meeting in the next 48 hours to discuss the financial nightmare of relegation.
The emergency summit was called by the club's trustees after the team managed by Paul Ince plunged into the bottom two of the Premier League.
Rovers' rulers are worried that the millions lost by going down will wreck their hopes of selling the club, which they have been trying to do for several years.
