Blackburn Rovers risk missing out on Freiburg striker Papiss Cisse.
The Daily Mail says Dynamo Kiev are fighting Blackburn for Freiburg striker Cisse after missing out on top target Oscar Cardozo of Benfica.
Rovers had a £6m bid for Cisse rejected last month, with the German side demanding more than £13m.
But Kiev are prepared to offer closer to £10m for the 26-year-old Senegal striker, who has also been watched by Fulham, Arsenal and Liverpool.
