Blackburn keeping deal for Chelsea's Di Santo on-hold

Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce is expected to close a deal for Chelsea striker Franco di Santo.

The Lancashire Telegraph says Chelsea's Argentinean youngster Di Santo is still in line for a season-long loan move to Rovers, although any deal will have to wait until further into pre-season as the striker initially tours America with the Blues.

The centre-forward's arrival will depend on Rovers' wage bill towards the end of the summer market.
