Blackburn Rovers' bid for Red Star Belgrade midfielder Segundo Castillo is facing collapse over third party ownership laws.

The People says Ince wants to take on the powerful South American who has played for giants Red Star Belgrade for the past two seasons - but he is owned by an obscure Second Division side in his homeland.

Castillo belongs to Deportivo Del Valle, which is a club run by a group of 'European businessmen' headed by impressario Danny Walker. And they are looking for £6million for their star player.
