Blackburn Rovers are being linked with Espanyol midfielder Javi Marquez.

The Lancashire Telegraph says reports in Spain claim Espanyol £7million-rated play maker Marquez is on manager Steve Kean's potential wish list along with free agent left winger Vicente Rodriguez, although Rovers have declined to comment.

Marquez was also watched by Tottenham and Fulham last season.

Released Valencia winger Vicente has declared his future lies in England.
