Birmingham City wonderkid Jude Bellingham was thrilled to meet Sir Alex Ferguson during his secret visit to Manchester United's Carrington HQ.

Sky Sports says while on a tour of the training base, Blues star Bellingham met former manager and Red Devils legend Ferguson, who was visiting with his wife, Cathy.

Bellingham was impressed with what he saw at the training ground, and was delighted to get the opportunity to meet Ferguson in person.

The teenager does has reservations about how much playing time he will get at United though, which could sway his decision in the summer transfer window.

Birmingham have given the teenager permission to speak to other clubs before the end of the season.

The Championship club are resigned to selling the midfield-sensation, but are hoping to earn a transfer fee of around £50million.
