Birmingham City must up their offer for Lokomotiv Moscow striker Peter Odemwingie.
The Express & Star says Birmingham have reportedly failed in a £1.6million bid to sign Nigeria World Cup striker Odemwingie from Lokomotiv Moscow.
Lokomotiv want around a massive £8.5m for 28-year-old Odemwingie, who has a year left on his contract and has attracted interest from Everton and Fulham.
