Birmingham City striker Che Adams is the subject of major Premier League interest.
The Sun says Southampton will make a second attempt to sign Adams this summer.
The Saints failed with a £10million bid to land the striker in January while Burnley also had a £12m package waved away.
Adams, 22, who faces former club Sheffield United tomorrow in the Championship, is certain to leave at the end of the season.
Norwich, who are on the verge of promotion to the Premier League, are also fans of Adams and are looking to give top scorer Teemu Pukki added competition next term.
Everton are also showing an interest.
