Birmingham City chief Peter Pannu insists their commitment to the January market remains.
Doubts have been raised over Carsen Yeung's pledge of a £40 million transfer warchest for manager Alex McLeish as they re-examine the club's books.
But Pannu told the Birmingham Mail: "Our commitment to January is ongoing, despite so much mess that has been left behind for us."
