Birmingham City boss Gary Rowett is competing with Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs and former Newcastle United manager Steve McCalren for the vacant Hull City job.
The Tigers are currently on the lookout for a new manager following Steve Bruce's departure from the club.
Rowett, who took over at St Andrew's in 2014, has impressed during his time with the Brum and is regarded as one of the most talented managers in the Championship.
Everton boss Roberto Martinez and current Tigers caretaker manager Mike Phelan also remain in the running for the job.
