Birmingham City boss Alex McLeish says teams are attacking more this season.
He believes more teams are playing with a more attacking intent than in previous seasons.
Eck told talkSPORT: "I do think that teams are now saying well, what the hell, let's have a go. I know that teams still don't want to lose six or seven nil, you still see the occasional result like that but because of confidence and morale I do feel in the Premier League that the managers are better tactically, they're setting up their stall to make it difficult for the home teams, the big teams. The other factor is that everybody is definitely having a go."
