Former West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is in advanced talks with West Brom.

The Mirror says Bilic is now the Baggies' No.1 choice to take over from Darren Moore, who was sacked in March.

The Championship club interviews the Croatian on Tuesday evening and were impressed with him.

Chris Hughton was among the favourites for the role at the Hawthorns, with Chris Wilder and Bruno Labbadia also on the short list.

Bilic spent two and a half years at the Hammers where he won 42 of his 111 games in charge and secured Europa League qualification in back-to-back campaigns.
