Gael Bigirimana is delighted for Newcastle United teammate Adam Campbell over his recent first team breakthrough.

Bigirimana believes there is even more to come from the England under-19 international.

"Adam is a great kid and he deserves all the praise that he's been getting," said former Coventry midfielder Bigirimana, himself only 19 years old, to nucf.co.uk.

"He's been coming on and in the three games he's came on, we've won them all. He's got great potential.

"He's stupidly rapid and if he can keep that in his locker then defenders will never be his friend.

"I'm really happy for him and I hope he keeps working hard and keeps on going."
