The word in the industry is that Senegal star Mane - currently wearing New Balance boots - is being offered an eight figure deal which would be one of the biggest in football.

Mane's performances are earning rave reviews and pundits are putting him in the same bracket as Lionel Messi and Cristian Ronaldo and now his commercial tie-ups are likely to follow suit.

Puma have recently moved in to sign up Manchester City's England star Raheem Sterling.
