Turkish club Besiktas are hoping to be able to entice French international Loic Remy away from Chelsea next season on a 12-month loan deal.
Remy, whose position is under threat from the arrival of Colombian hitman Radamel Falcao, and the Istanbul club were hoping to manoeuvre a deal to bring the striker to Turkey.
Crystal Palace and Swansea City have also expressed an interest in Remy but Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is reluctant to let the 28-year-old leave Stamford Bridge after he scored vital goals for the Blues last season on their way to the league title.
