Besiktas have signed Valencia midfielder Manuel Fernandes.
The former Everton star had been playing on-loan at Besiktas last season.
Besiktas announced on Friday that he has signed a three-year deal.
They will pay Valencia 2 million for his full rights - a massive discount on the 18m the Spanish side paid Benfica for Fernandes in 2007.
