Bernd Leno sees first piece of Arsenal action against Crawley

Bernd Leno has seen his first action in an Arsenal shirt as he featured in a behind-closed-doors friendly against a Crawley Town XI.

The Germany goalkeeper was one of three keepers to play in the game at London Colney, alongside Petr Cech and Emiliano Martinez.

New midfielder Matteo Guendouzi also played in the fixture, as did a host of other Gunners first-team stars including Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette, Aaron Ramsey, Lucas Perez, Rob Holding, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Hector Bellerin.

New Gunners boss Unai Emery watched on from the sidelines as the Gunners won 9-0, a result which follows on from the 8-0 victory they recorded over Boreham Wood on Saturday.

The Gunners head to Singapore at the weekend to step up their pre-season programme.
