AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has explained their new transfer policy.

"We will concentrate on those players who are younger than 23," Berlusconi said outside side the Italian Parliament in Rome.

Asked if this policy meant an end to Milan signing players aged 30 or over, Berlusconi replied: "Yes, because they also earn a lot."
