Former Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov says Nemanja Matic needs to be encouraged to shoot more.

Matic hit a screamer on Monday night for victory at Crystal Palace.

Berbatov posted to Instagram: “Man U never gives up, great comeback.

“Matic, you should shoot more often outside the box, unbelievable goal."

On David de Gea, who produced a wonder save before Matic's winner, Berbatov also said:

"And De Gea, you are superhuman man. You can catch a bullet!"
