Karim Benzema has denied claims he could soon join Arsenal.

The French striker has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium with some reports suggesting the Gunners had tabled a bid of around £45million.

However, Benzema has taken to Twitter to rule out the possibility of such a move, clearly stating that he is happy at 'home'.

It was also recently reported that Benzema had sat out training with Real as his mooted shift to North London was sorted but a statement from the Spanish giants has addressed that speculation.

"Benzema worked with the group during the first part of the training session when the players who started against Sporting trained at a lower intensity level," the statement read.
