Tottenham winger David Bentley is hoping he can begin to enjoy his time at the club after a tough start at White Hart Lane.
The 25-year old has found life difficult since his move from Blackburn in 2008 but was named man of the match in Spurs' 3-1 FA Cup fourth round replay win over Leeds United on Wednesday night despite the fact teammate Jermain Defoe scored a hat-trick and said it would now be nice for things to change for the better.
"It has been a difficult time since I came here," he told ITV1.
"I just look to every game I play, look to take advantage and enjoy myself. I take it game by game, you never know in football.
"My time at Tottenham has been a hard one but hopefully I can start enjoying it now."
