Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke has insisted that he will take the penalty duties off midfielder Yohan Cabaye from now on.
The Belgian, who joined from Liverpool in a £27million deal this summer, won a penalty for his side against Bournemouth on Saturday but Cabaye missed the opportunity to equalise from the spot in the eventual 1-1 draw.
Benteke said: "I asked Yohan if I could take and he said he was taking it. But next time I will take it."
Palace next meet undefeated Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium after the international break.
