Rafa Benitez has dismissed claims that his Liverpool team are a cautious outfit. The Reds have scored 32 goals in the last 10 fixtures in all competitions, and the Spanish tactician says it has he has not been surprised.

"Sometimes people criticise us and say we are a defensive team but clearly we are a team that is always attacking," Benitez told the club's official website.

"When we are 1-0 up we always look for the other goal. The number of goals that we have scored this season shows that we are an offensive team that also normally defends really well."
