Napoli boss Rafa Benitez was frustrated with their 1-1 draw against Udinese.
Jose Callejon's goal was cancelled out by Bruno Fernandes.
"It has happened too often this season, we wasted another opportunity by failing to win a game we had in our grasp," said Benitez.
"This is a limitation and we have to improve. I am not satisfied, as we should've doubled our advantage. There were two chances to score a second, but then we gifted Udinese the equaliser.
"We seem to lack the maturity needed to finish games off. It's not easy to buy mentality on the market. You need to grow as a group through matches like this.
"Napoli are unaccustomed to fighting for a trophy. The team will mature once it regularly plays to win silverware and one year is not sufficient."
