Benitez calls up teenager Sorensen to solve Newcastle goalscoring woes

Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez is turning to academy star Elias Sorensen as a striker option.

The Magpies have struggled to score goals this season, which is part of the reason why they are in 17th position.

And now Benitez wants to try the 19-year-old academy kid Sorensen in the Premier League.

He trained with the first team ahead of the game against Bournemouth, per The Sun.

Sorensen has 13 goals in the season for the under-23s.
