Benfica are considering a move for Alberto Moreno from Liverpool.

With big clubs such as Manchester City targeting their left back Alex Grimaldo, Benfica are on the hunt for a replacement.

And Moreno, who is surplus to requirements at Liverpool, is the one they are targeting.

Lisbon-based publication A Bola suggests that Grimaldo will be sold this summer, with Moreno taking his place in the squad.

The 26-year-old left back has only played two Premier League games for Liverpool this season.

He is firmly behind Andrew Robertson in the pecking order at the Reds.
