Benfica midfielder Ramires is clearly in the sights of cashed-up Manchester City, who at this time of year seem to be linked to almost everyone.
According to Mirror Football, the 23-year old Brazil international has emerged as a prime candidate for City who have held talks with the players agent Giuliano Bertolucci.
Ramires joined Benfica from Cruzeiro for £5million last summer and it is believed he has a buy-out clause of around £30million but City hope to reduce that to about £22m with negotiations.
