Angel di Maria has hinted at a possible January exit from Benfica.

The 21-year old Argentina international has been closely linked with a move to Chelsea as well as Manchester City and a potential move gained momentum when he hinted at a departure from Portugal.

"I am very eager to play in a different league," he told La Red.

"I have been in Portugal for three years and going to a bigger club would be very beautiful for me and my career."

City are believed to leading the chase for di Maria who has been valued at £35million.
